Yves de Mestral created this wine as his fish and seafood wine. It is a dry, fruity and pristine wine that has been matured in oak barriques.
This wine has found favour with quite a few of our customers so we keep selling more than we expect.
It is released mature - for example we are buying the 2015 in 2021 and feels more focused and far more dry than the more famous viognier from the Dutruy brothers 10 miles up the road.
If you like viognier you should try both :)
