A low acidity, smooth and mineral sparkling wine - a favourite not just for the Swiss abroad but also for many people who find traditional sparkling wines too acidic.

This brut sparkling wine is made from selected grapes in the traditional method. It is left three years on the lees and then three years in the bottle before being sold.
