Such an unusual nose! Not the typical Sauvignon Blanc that you might expect but something very different. Rich, candied citrus peel, spun sugar and quince!
Although the wine is dry, the aromas transfer into the mouth pretty accurately. The bitterness of the citrus peel comes through.
This is a lovely wine and totally unexpected. For fans of great wine, fans of the unusual and fans of Sauvignon Blanc who fancy being surprised!
