Elegantly balanced, a wine for the ages due to its structure and its deliberately high alcohol content. "Quercus" is the Latin word for oak and should explain the storage in oak barrels, unfiltered for more than 14 months from the beginning of the fermentation. For this, only the best French oak is selected.
This wine matches well with strong, hearty main dishes, red meat, as well as veal and strong fish, wild and hard spicy cheese.
