More about

This is a sweet wine for people who really love and explore sweet wines. Purity made sweet, and minerality in the sweetness.

Petite Arvine old vines grown in the most harmonious vineyard you could ever see.

Ridiculously low yields, all natural fermentation, the wine is then raised in barrel for 24 to 30 months - sometimes more.

The nose if full of your favourite fruit desserts, with a lot of freshness. Rhubarb pie, lemon posset, peach tatin, caramelised grapefruit  - you'll have your own list. On the palate it is more of the same, but spicier and oh so long.

But what is unique is the minerality.

It has the lively tension of the very best German and Austrian sweet wines - a freshness that the Swiss or French don't usually try to achieve. But with such purity and minerality as you don't expect to ever find in a sweet wine.

You should cellar it for a decade, but with quantities are so limited, I know you probably won't. Just share it with people you love.
