This St. Laurent is as good as any. A small special selection, aged in small oak barrels. The berries and spice are joined by stronger vanilla notes and accents of black cherries. This is a smooth wine with serious ageing potential but great to drink after 6 plus years. This is a fabulous red meat wine, think beef, venison, duck and lamb - also hare or wild boar.
