A lovely example of a fine Kremstal Riesling. Quite outstanding.
Fresh and fragrant with fine citrus and stone fruit aromas, reflected on the plate with a precise and lively acidity and a nice mineral note.
Drink around 14-15°C with pork, chicken, asparagus, fish and seafood.
Choose the 2011 if you want the youthful dry fruit and a highly refreshing wine. The 2010 is richer and smoother.

tasted in 2021, the 2011 Lössterrassen has kept well. There are Riesling "petrol" notes that weren't there when it was young, the mineral and citrus notes from its youth remain bright and shiny, and new vanilla and spice tertiary notes have joined in. Finish is shorter but still tasty.
|In a nutshell||Still a lovely wine|
