I love this wine - it has the fruity and fresh nose of Beaujolais, a beautiful red colour and fine lively bubbles. Can accompany a meal but makes a perfect choice for an apéritif or cocktail (experiment with cordials and if you ever find chestnut cordial or liquoeur, it is divine with red sparkling wine) and not just for people who don't like white wine!
