When will my order ship?

If you chose "Express Delivery" before 11, the wines will go today (if it is a working day) for next working day delivery. If it is after 1pm, the wines will go out tomorrow for next working day delivery.

If you choose the "grouped 3-5 day" option the wine will typically be sent the following Wednesday or Thursday, when we bring all the orders up to HQ and ship most orders.

You might get it faster if we have all the wine at HQ already or if you are buying full cases of wine that we can send without much repacking.

You will be sent an email confirming despatch has taken place.

For most places in the UK the wines should then be delivered within 1 working day of going out.

Deliveries are untimed. The courier will send you an update with expected delivery times on the day of delivery.

During August the HQ cellar is closed. This is so we are not tied to the office 3+ days per week for couriers and can take occasional days off. It also tends to be the coldest and hottest days of the year when we really would prefer not to send the older vintages. These wines, if ordered, will be sent on reopening.
