We, obviously, love Grüner Veltliner as you can tell from the website.
This offering from Hajzan has now obtained enough age to make it almost perfect. On the nose it is fresh and fruity (mainly apple and melon) but it is the immediate impact in the mouth that is really exciting.
Ben says (August 2018): This is yet another example as to why we love to age white wines. A fresh and floral nose leads to a mature Grüner taste which is quite robust but well balanced. A good finish.
