The cheese is from KaeseSwiss, where I buy my swiss cheese in the UK. Each is a generous portion for 2, for Swiss appetites (so over 200g/pp).
It can stretch to 3 if you're not used to fondue (it's a lot of cheese!) and add some charcuterie platters and salads.
The mix contains cheese and a bit of corn starch (maizena) which is the secret of why Swiss fondue doesn't "break" the way French fondue Savoyarde often does.
The fondue keeps for at least 4 weeks and can be frozen. It will get a bit stronger over time if kept in the fridge, and stay milder if frozen.
The current batch was made 15/2 is marked as "best before" 25/03 which means good at least until Easter in the fridge, and end of June if frozen.
