A lovely sparkling wine blending Riesling and Grüner Veltliner to produce a fresh and fruity fizz that is delicious.

That of course, can be said for any number of sparkling wines but what makes this so very special is it's origins. Imagine you have taken a bottle to a dinner party. The first guest hands over a bottle of good Chablis - very nice. The next tops that with an excellent Bordeaux - wonderful. The you step up and trump them all - "Oh, just a sparkling wine from the Royal House of Lichtenstein."

Luckily, the wine is definitely as good as it's introduction and sold out very quickly at this year's Fizz Festival. There is just enough sweetness to keep it from bone-dryness and make it enjoyable for any drinker. Just remember to keep a secret bottle hidden away for yourself after all the guests have gone!

Winemaker’s comments: "The grapes were picked by hand under dry and warm weather conditions at 21.7°Brix. After destemming the berries were left on the skins for a short time. They were then pressed using a pneumatic tank press. The fermentation of the base wines took place at 22°C, the second fermentation lasted for six months." Dosage: 10g/l.
