Beaujolais Villages Nouveau 2021 case, by Alpine Wines' star producer Jerome Lacondemine.

Since 2018, the wine is produced with no added sulfites and minimal intervention, allowing for more complexity in the finished wine. BUT once opened it won't last as long as the classic nouveau

This is a more structured nouveau, dark fruit and some tannins. A rare few find it too serious but most love it and find it a fin contrast to the fruitier Philippe Deschamps.
