How do I know if the wine I want is in stock?
The website maintains real-time stock information and will indicate the exact stock level. This is split between small occasional stock at HQ and the main stock at the warehouse.
This is usually accurate, although errors can happen (usually if we made a substitution, used it in a surprise case, sor opened one and forgot to update)
When we receive your order we will check the stock level and let you know of any shortages. In most cases we will be able to suggest an alternative.
In many cases (mature/collectors' wines excepted) we may simply send the next vintage so as to not delay your order, especially if you have said it is for a gift, special event or tasting.
