Vintage 2019
First impression, a bit like a Gamay with wild tannins.
Fruity, spicy tingling nose, really interesting, could sniff it all day.
The fruit is small wild berries, lively acidity, with depth. The tannins are a bit like those of Mondeuse when not tamed, but not the same. Joyful tannins that grab you for a dance.
A touch of herbal almost balsamic note, going in the rosemary-menthol-eucalyptus direction, really harmonious and pleasant (Robb loved it and he has a firm dislike of menthol/eucalyptus)
