Intense crimson coloured wine with an elegant bouquet and a rich fruity flavour. Typical flavours found in Cornalin are sweet cherries, raspberries and red currants often with a floral touch such as violets, or a herbal note like raspberry leaves.

Flo says of the 2013 (July 2018): This is a typical Valaisan Cornalin, with an elegant bouquet delicately balanced alongside flavours of sour cherry and herbal notes. This wine has a unique character, with a touch of bitterness and a rusticity.
