Varieties |
Golden coloured, well focused and complex aromatic range of dried apricots, white flowers, honey and sweet spices. On the palate it is rich and concentrated, well balanced by a crispy acidity with a long finish of dried yellow and white apricot and tropical fruits.
Try it with blue cheeses and fruit based desserts or as a dessert on its own.
Note half bottle size.
Each variety was harvested at the height of ripeness during November when a small amount is affected by the refined fungus Botrytis cinerea.
Recommended serving well chilled at a 5-8°C.
Can be stored for many years. Under good storage conditions it will continue to develop and gain complexity. Alc: 10.5%.
