The Schlossgut Bachtobel estate has been family owned since 1784 and comprises a unique and precious blend of historic buildings, forest, vineyard and meadows.
It is a beautiful place but we wouldn't be talking about it if the wines weren't great. The highlight here, for which people travel the whole length of Switzerland and abroad, is the Pinot Noir, simply named #1, #2 and #3.
At Bachtobel they work very naturally reusing as much as possible and avoiding synthetic herbicides. The six acres of vineyard are largely cultivated by hand.
We bring the Pinot Noir and the Müller Thurgau.
