This is Franz's best blend. The structure and tannins of the Blaufränkisch, the soft melted caramel of the Merlot and the chewy voluminous character of the Zweigelt combine to produce a full-bodied wine of massive dimensions.

It seems to be quite popular for Austrian producers to name wines after their daughters (see Franz Netzl in Carnuntum with his Anna Christina Cuvée) and here in Burgenland we have a wine named by Franz Weninger after his daughters Verena and Martina.
