Beaujolais Nouveau

Beaujolais Nouveau

3 different ones this year - the two favourite classics, and to add a bit of fun, the pink one - at preorder price, around 14% off (you must log in to get that price).

Which to choose? I love both, they're different enough to be complementary

If you want an excellent version of the classic style, pick the Deschamps. Fruity red fruit, open from day 1 but improves for 12 months. It's often one of the best in Beaujolais.
Note: low sulfite wine.

If you want something more ambitious with a bit more "grip" choose the Lacondemine. It takes a little more time to come out of its shell but when it does it's bold. Improves for 18 months.
Note: no added sulfites.

And if you want a summer breeze in November, the rosé! Biscuity fruit with loads of mineral freshness and almost a touch saline.

Full cases only. If you don't want a full case, you have to wait until after the launch day or we can point you to your nearest indie wine merchant (or get your favourite merchant to source from us). The preorder will not last until the week before release, as it often has, it's likely to end early and once I close it there will maybe be 20 cases spare.

Please be aware this was the most difficult year in recent memory - frost, hail, and a rotten wet June and July. Yields are low and the winemakers had to sort almost grape by grape to get clean happy fruit. The Nouveau grapes were harvested at the end of September and there's between 50% and 60% of a normal year.
