A nicely different sparkling, combining Grüner Veltliner, Müller-Thurgau and Riesling. This is the extra dry version, with more Riesling and bone bone dry.
The soft dry is more aromatic and fun, mouth watering and very easy to enjoy. We jokingly call it the Brunch wine but that communicates how relaxed it is quite well. It comes with a screwcap for maximum ease.
The extra dry is almost austere in comparison, more Riesling gives it a more serious feel and more body. Comes with a classic sparkling closure to look more grown up too.
