More about this wine
The Pinot Blanc grape was first introduced to south Tyrol 150 years ago from Burgundy. It spread rapidly throughout the region from the early decades of the 20th century and is now an important variety there. This wine from the slopes around Kurtatsch, is a pale yellow-green colour with fresh apple and pear aromas. These are reflected on the fresh lively palate along with a clean smooth minerality. Drink around 10-11°C, as an apéritif or with all sorts of fish and white meat dishes.
