Garanoir from selected harvests from renowned vineyards backed by the mountains, dominated by rocky or forest masses that separate them from the Alps.
Winemaking: Extraction of color for 8-10 days with elevation temperature at 28°C for 2 to 3 days, full malolactic fermentation.
Winemaker: Daniel Dufaux.
2009: On the nose, wild fruits and hints of spice (pepper and rosemary). Round, soft and fruity with rich and silky tannins.
