Part of a special set of wine made for, and in collaboration with, top chef Bernard Ravet of restaurant L'Ermitage in Vufflens-le-Château.

The Swiss make some outstanding wines and this oaked Chardonnay from the Cave de La Côte, a co-operative producing more than 200 different vintages, is one of them. Lively, spirited, with a beautiful golden colour. On the nose there are notes of vanilla, citrus fruit, white flowers such as iris, peach, apricot with a pinch of nutmeg. From the outset the talent and resilience of the winemaker unfolds on the palate. The fine mineral structure leads to a graceful, fresh and delicious taste. On the finish there is a hint of vanilla and light citrus notes.
