Crisp in Geneva, richer in Valais, but for the boldest expression you must go to Neuchâtel. A gastronomic Rosé that's delicious on its own or with food! A deeper pink colour and with an aroma profile that lets you know that its Pinot Noir press juice and would confuse many blind tasters into thinking it was a light red!  Lovely crisp summer red fruits bit with a structural backbone of acidity and minerality!
