Savoie wines are always elegant and refined and this Mondeuse Noire is no exception.
Spicy red berries, currants and cherries mingle together beautifully on the nose leading to a real red cherry hit in the mouth. Not a sweet cherry but the delicious and mouth-watering sour cherry. The finish is long and packed with flavour and the whole wine is a real treat.
Flo says of the 2012 (July 2018): The nose explodes with the smells of fresh cut grass leading into a palette of sour cherry and a rich spice of redcurrants.
