More

Produced in accordance with the requirements of the Charte Grain Noble Confidentiel, the Mitis is pressed from Amigne grapes that have been allowed to wilt on the vine. The bunches are harvested with their prized noble rot in the month of December.

The Germanier cellar reserves are wines of uncommon distinction. Only the best vines, capable of yielding the most noble and concentrated fruit, are selected.

A vinification in barriques lends them all the complexity and ageing potential worthy of wines for the most special occasions, as much a pleasure to give as to receive.

Amigne comes from "Vitis Amoena", or in Latin, "pleasant grape". "Mitis" is the registered trademark, from the Latin adjective for ripe and sweet.
