Vex is a small village in a side valley where ancient vineyards had been allowed to decline. The villagers approached Germanier to rehabilitate the historical vineyards.
The vineyards are steep even for Valais and in this side valley it should not be possible to grow wine - except for perfectly placed gaps in the peaks.
The result is an incredibly clean pure Heida of zingy minerality
