Blauer Wildbacher

Blauer Wildbacher is a red grape normally used only in the famous Schilcher Rosé.

Reds are only made in good years as the grape has a rather high acidity content. It is dark and quite tannic, and yet produces fairly light wines and beautiful intense rosé.
