95% Carignan harvested from old vines, from Binyamina and Zichron Yaakov regions, all non-irrigated, with 5% Grenache from a mature vineyard. The wine was aged in French oak barrels. No filtering or fining processes were carried out and therefore over time natural sediments may appear - these will not affect quality. Goes well with spiced lamb and beef dishes and strong tasting cheeses. Under proper storage conditions, it can develop in bottle for a further 5+ years from the vintage. Suggested serving temperature: 18°C. Decant before serving. Alc.Vol. 14.0%
