Swiss Wine Dinner, May 2013 - Yves de Mestral

Alpine Wines and friends had the rare opportunity to meet Yves DeMestral at our Swiss Wine Dinner held on May 20, 2013.

We tasted:

  • Domaine de Maison Blanche
  • Mont-sur-Rolle
  • La Côte, Switzerland
  • Superb white Chasselas
  • A lovely Pinot Noir

Alpine Wines do not have a minimum order - why not try some of these yourself?

A little about...

Ideally situated on the shore of lake Geneva, the Maison Blanche has been a wine estate since 1526, in the hands of the de Mestral family.

Today, Yves de Mestral continues in the family tradition with innovation and passion and a growing reputation for excellence. The estate focuses principally, and creatively, on the typical Swiss grape which is the Chasselas, with a few specialities purely out of passion.

There is also an interview posted by Village Antiques.
