- The Wine
A pale yellow with a touch of golden hues already pleases the eye of the beholder. On the nose, clear, pure fruit flavours, especially stone fruit such as peach. In the mouth, the Riesling shows classic Kamptal DAC with a pleasant acidic structure - you can feel the mineral notes supplied by the terroir. In addition to a matching exoticism, also notes reminiscent of the aromas of peaches comes on the palate. This Riesling refreshes due to its pleasant sugar acidity and continues long after drinking due to its excellent finish. Pair with white meat, a variety of appetizers, fried Asian cuisine or salads.
Flo says of the 2015 (August 2018): Oh this is just a delicious wine. Perfect for pairing with Thai food this wine can hold up to spice and flavour without being overwhelmed due to the acidity. This wine sings of minerality, you can see the influence of the terroir and its backed up with peach flavours that round out the acidity with notes of sweetness.

The 2014 - When drinking it reminded me a little of those fizzy sherbert lemon dips at the start. A long lasting wine which when had with food saw some peach coming through. I found this strong in crisp and acidic department. As described.
