- The Wine
DetailsYou might buy it once as a curiosity, but you'll definitively come back for a case out of the sheer deliciousness of it.
In Depth:The must for this Merlot rosé is obtained from the free-run juice of the crushing and de-stemming and a very gentle subsequent pressing. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18–20°C. In order to maintain characteristic freshness and flavour, the wine is not permitted to undergo malolactic fermentation.
