- The Wine
This one from Philippe Grisard is more exotic tha the St Germain - think Mango or Apricot - and more refreshing. I think this makes it most suitable for drinking on its own as an apéritif. Also quite flexible with seafood (think whole trout baked in the oven, or stir-fried calamari, or even Thai sea-bass) and not-too-sweet desserts.
