Do you offer a gift service?

At checkout you have the option to include a different delivery address - simply fill this in with the recipients details. 

When people don't know a parcel is coming things can go wrong. Double check the address!

Please be aware that in doubt we will go for the "better safe than sorry" option and try to contact the recipient to get instructions, so if surprise is important get these instructions for us in advance.

Get a contact phone number and find out when they will be home, or whether they have a safe place or specific neighbours they trust.

If there is a particular date deadline please tell us in the instructions - there is a field for that at checkout - that way we can try to arrange it so they get the parcel on or before the day.

There is also a facility to specify a message to be included with the wine - we will write it on one of our photo cards.

If you wish to include a particular greeting card with the wine, we are happy to enclose this if you send it to us, although this WILL delay despatch so this needs to be planned at least a week in advance. If you wish to do this, please call at the time of placing your order to let us know.
